At FOCALLURE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
